I'm thrilled to find out about this great neighborhood resource for health and wellness just a few blocks away. Their focus is on yoga, massage, holistic nutrition, meditation and now offer a boot camp conditioning class and acupuncture but why stop there...they also have special events such as art shows, lectures and film screenings.

For children, they have Karate and FREE introductory ballet classes.

Chez Lucienne - New Bistro Opens on Lenox between 125 and 126 St.

We were walking by what was the old Harlem Pizza and were pleasantly surprised to find a new French Bistro has opened up! Prices look very reasonable (nothing was over $20 on the menu) and the owner said the menu will be expanding soon to offer more dishes.

Let's try to support this new establishment - a rare occurence in these times!
